Choosing a deployment tier

Every plan includes the full platform: classification, extraction, human review, search and chat. What changes between tiers is where the platform runs, how isolated your data is, and what contractual and security options you can add. Prices below are list prices per month in US dollars, excluding taxes.

The four tiers at a glance

Each document counts as at least 2 pages, reprocessing is free of charge and included pages do not roll over. Pages above your allowance are billed monthly and nothing is blocked if you go over.

Starter

For small teams starting with document automation. It runs on a shared host operated by SKIFIN, with its own database. It is not for protected health information. It suits pilots, a single workflow, or teams that want to prove value before committing to more.

Professional

For growing teams that need a dedicated database account and a BAA. It still runs on the shared host, so compute is shared, but your data sits in a dedicated account. Usage history, per-document page counts and CSV export are included. It fits regulated teams that are comfortable with a SKIFIN-operated service.

Private

Single-tenant, deployed in your own Azure subscription. It adds a bring-your-own-AI option and a BAA, and is billed annually in advance under an Order Form. Two-year terms are 10% off and three-year terms 15% off the plan fee. It fits organisations whose policies require the platform to run inside their own cloud account and under their own controls.

Enterprise

A managed, dedicated environment operated by SKIFIN, in your Azure subscription. It adds single sign-on and customer-managed keys. Volume rates and support are set to your needs. It suits organisations that want the isolation of Private without running it themselves.

How to choose

1. Data sensitivity. If you handle protected health information, start at Professional or above.
2. Isolation policy. If your security team requires a dedicated cloud account, choose Private or Enterprise.
3. Operations. If you want someone else to run it, Starter, Professional or Enterprise; if you want to run it, Private.
4. Identity and keys. Single sign-on and customer-managed keys are Enterprise options.
5. Volume. Compare your monthly page count, plus the 2-page minimum per document, with the included pages and overage rate.

Add-ons and trials

Extra review seats are USD 49 per seat per month, and industry packs start from USD 199 per month. Private and Enterprise deployments may carry a one-time implementation fee, quoted in your Order Form. Customers with an Indian billing address are invoiced in INR plus GST.
