Immigration application file preparation (Canada)

Early access use case for organising identity, education and supporting evidence into structured, reviewable application files.

Documents in

  • IRCC application forms
  • Passports and travel documents
  • Language test results
  • Educational credential assessments
  • Police certificates
  • Employment letters
  • Proof of funds
  • Civil status documents
  • IRCC correspondence

How it runs

  1. Intake

Client documents are uploaded or sent via API and tracked per file.

  2. Text extraction and OCR

Text is extracted from digital files and scanned or photographed documents are read with OCR.

  3. Classification and schema matching

Documents are classified and matched to a schema. The early-access immigration pack supplies the document types and starter schemas.

  4. Field extraction

Names, dates, document numbers and other fields in the schema are extracted with confidence values.

  5. Human review

Uncertain fields and unmatched documents pause for a consultant or case handler to correct and approve.

  6. Summary and search

A summary and a searchable file are produced, with output via API and webhooks.

What you get

  • Structured client file with per-field confidence
  • Supporting evidence sorted by document type
  • Reviewer-confirmed identity and date fields
  • Searchable file for the case team

Early access

Canada is opening gradually. The immigration pack is built and deployed in early access. It ships document types, starter schemas, cross-document indexes, sample questions and smart folders, with English and French keywords and CAD by default. It collects no Social Insurance Number, and personal and health fields are flagged sensitive. The pack is built from official form guidance and has not been validated on production customer documents. Forms and fields are being confirmed with early customers. Language coverage for third-language evidence should be tested on your own samples.

Where review fits

Identity and date fields are consequential, so a person confirms any uncertain values. Reviewers compare names and dates across the file using extracted data and search. The pack prepares and checks document data; it does not assess eligibility, decide immigration outcomes or give advice. AI processing location is stated in the Order Form.
