1. How you receive Droqify

• Access to the web application: after you sign up, or after your administrator invites you, we email a link to set your password and sign in. The invitation link can be used once and is valid for 72 hours; ask your administrator or contact@skifin.com for a new one if it expires.
• API access: where your plan includes it, credentials are issued by your administrator inside the application.
• No download or installation: you use Droqify in a web browser or through the API.

2. When your plan is active

Plan	When access starts
Free trial	After we set up your organisation and send the invitation email, normally within one business day of your request.
Starter and Professional (shared host)	When your payment (or, for an invoiced plan, your signed Order Form) is confirmed. For online payments this is normally within minutes of the payment being confirmed to us by the payment gateway.
Private (in your Azure subscription)	After the Order Form is signed and we have access to your Azure subscription. We deploy and validate the environment and hand it over with a runbook. For packaged document types, onboarding is typically under four hours once the environment is ready; any custom implementation follows the timeline in your Order Form.
Enterprise (managed by SKIFIN)	After the Order Form is signed; the environment is provisioned and handed over on the timeline agreed in the Order Form.

3. Invoices, receipts and notices

We deliver invoices, payment receipts and credit notes by email as PDF files to the billing contact on your account, and you can download them again from Usage & Billing in the application. See the Pricing Policy for billing terms.

4. Where Droqify is available

Droqify is available online worldwide, except where we are prohibited from providing it by applicable sanctions or export-control laws. Where your data is stored depends on your plan and is stated in your Order Form.

5. If you have not received access

First check your spam folder and that the invitation was sent to the correct address. If you still have no access one business day after payment or after your trial request, email contact@skifin.com with your organisation name and the invoice number or payment reference. If a paid-for service cannot be made available, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
