Immigration advisers (New Zealand)

Early access for New Zealand immigration advisers and lawyers who manage application files with many supporting documents; join the waitlist. Review aids only.

Where the time goes

  • Application files contain many supporting documents from many sources
  • Evidence arrives in several languages and formats
  • Staff re-key client details into multiple forms
  • Client documents are highly sensitive

What is in the early-access pack

The immigration pack is available to early-access customers. Document types cover application forms (for example work, visitor, student, partnership and residence forms, the employer supplementary form and the adviser details form), passports and civil certificates, police certificates, medical certificates, Job Check and employer evidence, proof of funds, qualification and English test results, relationship evidence, translations with translator details, Immigration New Zealand letters (requests for further information, decline and grant letters) and client agreements.

Starter schemas extract identity, date and reference fields such as name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number and expiry, application number, visa category, issue and expiry dates, response deadline, decision type and the reasons cited. Passport numbers are stored in full. Cross-document indexes cover applicant family name, application number, visa category, decision type, country, expiry or deadline dates, issue or letter dates, employer and document language. Smart folders group files into work visa, student visa, visitor visa, requests for information and decline letters. Sample questions ask for a document summary, identity details as shown, dates and deadlines, and whether names and dates of birth are written consistently across a person’s documents.

What is still being confirmed

Early-access packs are built from public form and agency guidance; some details are still being checked and may change. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields will be confirmed with early-access customers. Reviewers compare documents using the extracted data and search; the pack does not check a file for completeness or compare documents automatically. Where your forms are not covered, your team can define additional schemas.

Where people stay in the loop

Each extracted field has a model-reported confidence score (not calibrated). When you turn on Human in the Loop for an upload, processing pauses at the steps you choose so a person can check the source document and correct the data before it continues. Documents that match no schema are flagged. The pack organises documents and extracts data; it does not decide eligibility or give immigration advice. Key actions are written to an audit log.

The pack is a set of review aids. An adviser signs off, and Droqify does not give legal or immigration advice, prepare or submit applications, or decide outcomes. Medical certificates carry health information, and document text is processed by the AI service and stored in the search index.
