Migration agents (Australia)
Australia. Home Affairs forms, Passports and civil certificates, Police certificates, Health examination outcomes, Nomination and employer evidence…
Early access for Australian migration agents and lawyers who manage application files with many supporting documents; join the waitlist. Review aids only.
The migration pack is available to early-access customers. Document types cover Department of Home Affairs forms and ImmiAccount acknowledgements (including the appointment of a migration agent), passports and civil certificates, police certificates, health examination outcomes, nomination, sponsorship and employment evidence, proof of funds, skills assessments, qualifications and English test results, relationship evidence, translations with translator details, Home Affairs letters (requests for further information, decline and grant letters) and client agreements with agent registration details.
Starter schemas extract identity, date and reference fields such as name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number and expiry, Home Affairs reference, visa category, issue and expiry dates, response deadline, decision type and the reasons cited. Passport numbers are stored in full. Cross-document indexes cover applicant family name, Home Affairs reference, visa category, decision type, country, expiry or deadline dates, issue or letter dates, employer and document language. Smart folders group files into skilled, student and visitor visa files, requests for information and decline letters. Sample questions ask for a document summary, identity details as shown, dates and deadlines, and whether names and dates of birth are written consistently across a person’s documents.
Early-access packs are built from public form and agency guidance; some details are still being checked and may change. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields will be confirmed with early-access customers. Reviewers compare documents using the extracted data and search; the pack does not check a file for completeness or compare documents automatically. Where your forms are not covered, your team can define additional schemas.
Each extracted field has a model-reported confidence score (not calibrated). When you turn on Human in the Loop for an upload, processing pauses at the steps you choose so a person can check the source document and correct the data before it continues. Documents that match no schema are flagged. The pack organises documents and extracts data; it does not decide eligibility or give migration advice. Key actions are written to an audit log.
The pack is a set of review aids. A migration agent or lawyer signs off, and Droqify does not give legal or immigration advice, prepare or lodge applications, or decide outcomes. Health examination documents carry health information, and document text is processed by the AI service and stored in the search index.
Australia is in early access: not yet validated on Australian documents with customers. If you want to try the pack on your own documents, join the waitlist and tell us about your document mix and volumes. We will follow up directly.
Each pack ships document types, extraction schemas, smart folders and sample questions.
