Mortgage and lending (Australia)

Early access for Australian mortgage brokers and lenders who assemble loan files from payslips, tax documents, statements and property documents; join the waitlist.

Where the time goes

  • A loan file has many documents from many sources
  • Income and expense figures are re-keyed into several places
  • Statements arrive as scans and screenshots
  • Reviewers compare figures across documents by hand

What is in the early-access pack

The mortgage and lending pack is available to early-access customers. Document types cover loan applications, broker fact finds, credit consents and lender approval letters; payslips, employer letters and rental income statements; tax returns, notices of assessment, income statements, BAS and company financials for the self-employed; bank, credit card, personal loan, buy now pay later, HECS/HELP and super statements and gift letters; contracts of sale, valuations, title searches, rates notices and insurance; and broker file documents such as credit guides, credit proposals, recommendation rationales and conflict disclosures.

Starter schemas extract fields such as applicant, lender, loan purpose, requested loan amount, deposit, declared monthly living expenses, existing monthly debt payments, payslip components and year-to-date figures, taxable income, statement periods and balances, purchase price, valuation and the dates on broker file documents. Cross-document indexes cover applicant, employer, institution or lender, security property, state, income year, document date and identity expiry. Smart folders group files by state or territory. Sample questions ask what income each document shows, which statements are on file and what periods they cover, and what is missing or needs human review.

What is still being confirmed

Early-access packs are built from public form and agency guidance; some details are still being checked and may change. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields will be confirmed with early-access customers. Reviewers compare documents using the extracted data and search; the pack does not check a file for completeness or compare documents automatically. Where your forms are not covered, your team can define additional schemas.

Where people stay in the loop

Each extracted field has a model-reported confidence score (not calibrated). When you turn on Human in the Loop for an upload, processing pauses at the steps you choose so a person can check the source document and correct the data before it continues. Documents that match no schema are flagged. The pack prepares document data for your broker or credit team; it does not assess borrowing capacity or make lending decisions. Key actions are written to an audit log.

Questions we hear

Is there an Australian mortgage pack?
Yes, in early access. It ships document types, starter schemas, cross-document indexes, sample questions and smart folders for lending files. It has not been validated on production customer documents.
Does it assess borrowing capacity or make lending decisions?
No. It extracts figures as printed so your team can compare them. Assessment and decisions stay with you.
Are broker file documents covered?
The pack has a document type for credit guides, credit proposals, recommendation rationales and conflict disclosures, with their dates. It reads the documents; it does not check what a broker should have done.
What does early access mean?
We are opening Australia gradually. Join the waitlist and we will contact you about fit, scope and timing. Features and availability may change. Early access: not yet validated on Australian documents with customers.
Where does AI processing run?
Data location can be agreed in an Order Form on Private and Enterprise plans; where AI processing runs is disclosed before you sign. Document text is processed by an AI service.
