Early access for Australian workers' compensation scheme agents, insurers and employers who manage claim files across state schemes; join the waitlist.
The workers’ compensation pack is available to early-access customers. Document types cover worker injury claim forms, medical certificates of capacity, employer injury notifications, return-to-work and injury management plans, treating specialist, independent medical examination, functional capacity and psychological reports, wage evidence, determination letters (liability decisions, work capacity decisions and review or dispute notices), provider invoices, and compulsory third party accident claim documents at an early tier.
Starter schemas extract fields such as worker name, scheme, claim number, employer and employer ABN, date of injury, dates reported and lodged, certificate period, restrictions and capacity wording as recorded, return-to-work status, decision outcome, the review or dispute deadline as printed, and invoice totals including GST. Cross-document indexes cover claim number, scheme, worker, employer, date of injury, certificate type, return-to-work status and decision outcome. Smart folders group files by state or territory, the Commonwealth scheme, modified duties and declined determinations. Sample questions ask for certificate periods, deadlines printed in a document, findings in examination reports, and what is missing or needs human review.
Early-access packs are built from public form and agency guidance; some details are still being checked and may change. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields will be confirmed with early-access customers. Reviewers compare documents using the extracted data and search; the pack does not check a file for completeness or compare documents automatically. Where your forms are not covered, your team can define additional schemas.
Each extracted field has a model-reported confidence score (not calibrated). When you turn on Human in the Loop for an upload, processing pauses at the steps you choose so a person can check the source document and correct the data before it continues. Documents that match no schema are flagged. The pack prepares document data for your claims staff; it does not decide claims, liability or capacity. Key actions are written to an audit log.
Medical certificates and reports contain health information. Document text is processed by the AI service and stored in the search index, so plan access to these files accordingly.
Australia is in early access: not yet validated on Australian documents with customers. If you want to try the pack on your own documents, join the waitlist and tell us about your document mix and volumes. We will follow up directly.
Each pack ships document types, extraction schemas, smart folders and sample questions.
