Legal

Classify and extract key terms from contracts, court filings and corporate documents, with packs for the UAE and India.

Where the time goes

  • Contracts and filings are long, and key clauses and dates are hard to find
  • Matter files mix many document types from many sources
  • Reviewers must be able to trace each extracted value to a page
  • Client documents are confidential and need strict access control

What teams automate

How it works in practice

Droqify classifies each document, matches it to a schema and extracts fields such as parties, effective and expiry dates, governing law, amounts and reference numbers. Every value carries a confidence score and a link back to the source page, so a reviewer can check it quickly.

Where people stay in the loop

Extraction does not replace legal review. Low-confidence values, failed validations and unrecognised documents go to a human review queue. Lawyers or paralegals correct fields, confirm the result and move on. Corrections and approvals are recorded in an audit log.

Pack coverage

The UAE legal pack and the India legal pack each define document types and fields for their jurisdiction. For other jurisdictions, start from the general pack, which includes contracts and leases, and define schemas for the clauses and fields you need.

Working across a matter

Related documents can be linked, for example a contract with its amendments or a petition with its orders. Smart folders keep matter documents together, and chat over documents helps answer questions about a file with references to where the answer came from. Results are available through the API and webhooks.

Questions we hear

Which legal document types are supported?
The UAE pack covers contracts, court filings, MOAs, trade licences, title deeds, Ejari tenancy, powers of attorney and arbitration documents. The India pack covers court filings and judgments, NCLT orders, legal notices, contracts, regulatory filings, property deeds and arbitration documents.
Does it give legal advice or decide what a clause means?
No. It extracts and organises information and flags items for a person to review. Legal judgement stays with your team.
Can we search across matters?
Yes. Processed documents can be searched, and you can ask questions in chat with answers tied to source documents. Smart folders group documents by rules you define.
How is client confidentiality protected?
Access is role-based, activity is written to an audit log, and each tenant's data is isolated. A single-tenant option in your own Azure subscription is available.
