Canada. IRCC application form, Passport / travel document, Civil status document, Language test result, Educational credential assessment…
Early access use case for organising identity, education and supporting evidence into structured, reviewable application files.
See the workflowThe pack ships document types for IRCC application forms, passports and travel documents, civil status documents, language test results, educational credential assessments, police certificates, proof of funds, employment and reference letters, LMIA and job offers, immigration medical documents, status documents and permits, and IRCC correspondence. Starter schemas extract identity, date and issuer fields for each type. It collects no Social Insurance Number, and personal and health fields are flagged sensitive.
Cross-document indexes cover applicant family name, UCI, program or stream, country, expiry and deadline dates, issue dates, employer and document language. Sample questions ask for a document summary, identity details as shown, dates and deadlines, documents expiring soon and items needing human review. Smart folders group files by Express Entry, study permit, work permit, French-language and English-language documents. English and French keywords support bilingual documents. Amounts default to CAD.
Early-access packs are built from official form guidance and regulator documents. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields are being confirmed with early customers. Reviewers compare names and dates across a file using extracted data and search; the pack does not build a completeness checklist or compare documents automatically.
Extracted values carry confidence scores. Low-confidence fields, failed validation and unrecognised documents go to a human review queue, where a staff member checks the source, corrects the data and approves it. The pack prepares and checks document data; it does not decide immigration outcomes. Every action is recorded in an audit log.
Canada is in early access. If you run an immigration practice or settlement service and want to try the pack on your own file types, join the waitlist and describe your typical files. We will follow up directly.
Bring a few sample documents (synthetic or redacted) and we will show the extraction, review and search end to end.
