What is in the early-access pack

The pack ships document types for commercial invoices, transport documents, packing lists, origin certifications, commercial accounting declarations, release notices, account statements, import account and financial security documents, adjustment and penalty notices, broker duty and tax statements, permits and licences from other government departments, and CBSA correspondence. Starter schemas extract the fields for each type. English and French keywords support bilingual documents, and amounts default to CAD.

Cross-document indexes and smart folders group files so reviewers can find the documents for one shipment or account. Sample questions ask what was shipped, what duties and taxes were stated, and which documents need review.

What is still being confirmed

Early-access packs are built from official guidance. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields are being confirmed with early customers. The pack does not calculate duties, classify goods or decide admissibility.

Where people stay in the loop

Each extracted value has a confidence score. Fields below your threshold, failed checks and unrecognised documents go to a human review queue, where a reviewer compares the source with the extracted data, corrects it and approves. Every action is recorded in an audit log.

Questions we hear

Is there a Canadian customs pack?
Yes, in early access. It ships document types, starter schemas, cross-document indexes, sample questions and smart folders for customs and trade files. It is built from official CBSA guidance and has not been validated on production customer documents.
Does it file declarations or classify goods?
No. It extracts and validates data from documents and flags issues for a person. Tariff classification, valuation and declarations stay with your team.
What does early access mean?
We are opening Canada gradually. Join the waitlist and we will contact you about fit, scope and timing. Features and availability may change.
How is data protected?
Access is role-based, activity is written to an audit log, and tenants are isolated. Social Insurance Numbers are reduced to the last 3 digits and account numbers to the last 4, and personal fields are flagged sensitive. AI processing location is stated in the Order Form. See the security page for compliance status.
