How it works in practice

Droqify classifies each document in a shipment, extracts fields defined in the India logistics pack, and gives each value a confidence score. Typical fields include parties, consignee and consignor details, invoice and container references, goods descriptions, quantities, values and dates. Validation rules flag missing or inconsistent values.

Linking documents for a shipment

A single shipment generates an invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and customs or tax documents. Document relationship linking connects these so a reviewer can compare them side by side and see where details differ.

Where people stay in the loop

Documents with low confidence, failed checks or unfamiliar layouts go to a human review queue. A reviewer corrects fields against the source image and approves. The record of changes is kept in an audit log.

Using the results

Extracted data is available through the API and webhooks so it can feed your ERP, freight or customs workflow. Smart folders can group documents by shipment, customer or lane, and search and chat help find a specific document or value. Droqify runs as SaaS, single-tenant in your Azure subscription, or as a managed service.

Questions we hear

Which trade documents are supported?
The India logistics pack covers shipping bills, bills of entry, bills of lading, air waybills, e-way bills, GST e-invoices, certificates of origin and packing lists.
Does it file customs declarations?
No. Droqify extracts and validates data from documents. Filing with customs or other authorities stays in your existing systems and processes.
Can it check consistency across documents?
Cross-field validation can flag disagreements, and related documents for a shipment can be linked so reviewers see them together.
Is this available outside India?
There is no dedicated logistics pack outside India. The general pack includes shipping documents and can be a starting point.
