What is in the early-access pack

Two packs are available to early-access customers, and both default to Canadian dollars.

Property and casualty and auto. Document types cover auto policy declarations, claim notices, police and collision reports, repair estimates, total loss valuations, adjuster notes, Ontario accident benefit (OCF) forms, medical and examination reports, public auto scheme claims and property policy claims. Starter schemas extract the fields for each type. Cross-document indexes cover claim number, policy number, insured or claimant, vehicle (VIN), province, loss type, date of loss and document language. Sample questions ask for a claim summary, coverage and deductibles, repair estimate totals, total loss versus repair cost, OCF treatment plans and items that need human review. Smart folders group files by Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, collision and French-language.

Workers’ compensation. Document types cover worker and employer injury reports, health professional reports, functional abilities and return-to-work forms, board decision letters, benefit and earnings statements, objections and appeals, expense claims, incident investigations and clinical records, in the style of WSIB, WorkSafeBC and CNESST. Indexes cover claim number, board, worker, employer, injury date, return-to-work status, decision outcome and language. Sample questions ask for a claim chronology, deadlines, health professional restrictions and denied decisions. Smart folders group files by WSIB, WorkSafeBC, CNESST, French-language, modified duties and denied decisions.

Both packs include English and French keywords. Social Insurance Numbers are reduced to the last 3 digits, and personal and health fields are flagged sensitive.

What is still being confirmed

Early-access packs are built from official form guidance and regulator documents. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields are being confirmed with early customers. Reviewers compare documents using the extracted data and search; the packs do not check a claim file for completeness or compare documents automatically. Where your forms are not covered, your team can define additional schemas.

Where people stay in the loop

Documents with low-confidence fields, failed checks or no matching schema go to a human review queue. Adjusters or claims staff correct fields against the source document and approve. The pack prepares and checks document data; it does not decide claims. Every action is recorded in an audit log.

How is sensitive data protected?
