Canada. Identity document, Employment letter, Pay stub, T4 / T4A / T5 slip, T1 General / Notice of Assessment…
Early access use case for extracting income, asset, property and identity data from mortgage application files for underwriting review.
See the workflowThe pack ships document types for identity documents, employment letters, pay stubs, CRA T4, T4A and T5 slips, T1 General and notices of assessment, Revenu Quebec slips and notices, bank statements and void cheques, mortgage applications, agreements of purchase and sale, property appraisals, title and land registry documents, credit bureau reports, commitment letters and home or title insurance. Starter schemas extract the fields for each type. English and French keywords support Quebec and bilingual documents, and amounts default to CAD.
Cross-document indexes cover borrower, property, employer or institution or lender, tax year, province, document date and closing or expiry date. Sample questions ask for income figures per document, commitment conditions and the documents on file, down payment support, purchase price and appraised value, identity documents and expiry, and items needing human review. Smart folders group files by Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba.
Social Insurance Numbers are reduced to the last 3 digits, account numbers to the last 4, and personal fields are flagged sensitive.
Early-access packs are built from official form guidance and regulator documents. They have not been validated on production customer documents, and forms and fields are being confirmed with early customers. Reviewers compare income, property and identity values using the extracted data and search; the pack does not check a file for completeness or compare documents automatically.
Each extracted value has a confidence score. Fields below your threshold, failed checks and unrecognised documents go to a human review queue, where a reviewer compares the source with the extracted data, corrects it and approves. The pack prepares and checks document data; it does not decide credit. Every action is recorded in an audit log.
Canada is in early access. If you run a brokerage or lending operation and want to test the pack on your own files, join the waitlist and tell us about your typical file. We will follow up directly.
Bring a few sample documents (synthetic or redacted) and we will show the extraction, review and search end to end.
