Business operations

Turn invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, contracts and payslips into structured data with review and audit built in.

Where the time goes

  • Finance teams key in invoice and receipt data by hand
  • Purchase orders, invoices and receipts live in separate places and are hard to match
  • Contracts and leases hide dates and obligations in long text
  • Exceptions are handled in email with no clear record

What teams automate

Automatic document relationships

Droqify links related documents after processing, such as bills to the claim they belong to, so a case reads as one connected file.

Human-in-the-loop review queue

Uncertain extractions and unmatched documents pause for a person, then the pipeline resumes from the approved step.

How it works in practice

Droqify classifies each document, extracts fields against a schema, and gives each value a confidence score. For an invoice these are typically supplier, invoice number, dates, line items, tax and totals. Validation rules check formats and arithmetic and flag values that do not add up.

Document relationship linking connects documents that belong together, such as a purchase order, its invoice and a receipt, or a contract and its amendments. Reviewers see the set together rather than searching for each piece.

Where people stay in the loop

Documents below your confidence threshold, with failed validation or with no matching schema go to a human review queue. A reviewer corrects fields against the source and approves, and the result then moves on through the API or webhook. Corrections and approvals are recorded in an audit log.

Finding and using documents

Smart folders group documents by rules you define, such as supplier or month. Search and chat over processed documents help answer questions with links back to the source. Droqify runs as SaaS, single-tenant in your Azure subscription, or as a managed service, with per-tenant isolation.

Questions we hear

Which documents does the general pack cover?
Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, contracts, leases, insurance policies and claims, medical records and bills, shipping documents, payslips and ID documents.
Can I add my own document types?
Yes. You can define schemas for your own document types and fields, and Droqify will classify and extract against them.
Does it post entries to our accounting system?
Extracted data and status are available through the API and webhooks. Posting to your accounting or ERP system is part of an integration scoped with you.
What happens to documents it is unsure about?
They are held in a human review queue until a person corrects and approves them.
