Workflow

How it runs

  1. Intake

    Documents are uploaded or sent via API, individually or in batches, and tracked as jobs.

  2. Text extraction and OCR

    Text is extracted from digital files and scanned forms are read with OCR.

  3. Classification and schema matching

    Each document is classified and matched to a schema in the India government pack. Unmatched documents are flagged.

  4. Field extraction

    Reference numbers, dates, parties, eligibility criteria and amounts are extracted with confidence values.

  5. Human review

    Uncertain fields and unmatched forms pause for an officer or bid manager to correct and approve.

  6. Summary and search

    Summaries are generated and the document set is searchable and available through chat.

Where review fits

Handwritten applications and variable form layouts are common. Review keeps a person responsible for the final values, and approvals are logged.

Integration points

Results are delivered via API and webhooks. Droqify can be deployed in the customer’s own Azure environment for teams with data handling requirements; it does not make claims about where any particular data resides. The pack provides starting schemas for tender, RTI and scheme documents.
